The business and editorial management of dpa ensure that the company fulfills its aim of supplying customers with high quality journalistic products, thereby securing dpa's financial success as an independent news provider.
Both executive board members and editor-in-chief are directly answerable to the Supervisory Board.
The executive board comprises at least two members, one of whom is the chairman. Our current Chief Executive Officer is Malte von Trotha, alongside Vice-President Michael Segbers.
Additional VPs are Matthias Mahn (Head of Human Resources and Legal Department) and Andreas Schmidt (Head of Finance Department and Logistics). Both have power of attorney and are authorised to sign per procuration with a member of the executive board.
