The dpa group of companies employs more than 1,100 people, with 800 of them in the parent company working mainly as editorial or ancillary editorial staff. More than 100 employees are stationed overseas. Many thousands of freelance contributors also gather news for dpa inside and outside Germany.

The dpa technical team is made up of 80 highly qualified specialists who ensure the uninterrupted, rapid and secure dissemination of news. Their priorities are speed management, maintaining faultless transmission and data security.

Competent media sales personnel ensure customers are given comprehensive advice on the range of dpa products available. They help clients to select the most suitable services from the large range on offer. The sales team and administration department comprises 100 members of staff.
